Montana National Guard Associations: -Non-profit professional organizations comprised of officer and enlisted members both active and retired, organized at the state level for the purpose of lobbying for, and securing, the most effective legislation, maximizing Montana Army and Air Guardsmen benefits and resources. We are partnered together at the national level with National Guard Association of the United States (NGAUS) representing officers and the Enlisted Association of the National Guard of United States (EANGUS) representing enlisted force. The purpose of the National Guard Associations of Montana is: To promote and support adequate State and National Security, and to foster, promote, improve, and retain the National Guard of Montana and the National Guard of the United States as a distinct component of the Armed Forces of the United States, and To promote those actions, both Federal and State, as shall aid the National Guard of Montana, and of the United States.
