As a full-time Broker Owner , Supervising Broker, Advocate for buyers & sellers, local investor, and professional musician - lead singer of The Melissa Lynn Band (aka The Singing Real Estate Agent), I combine my Bachelors of Science in Business Management/Marketing with my prior Real Estate experience in Florida to meet your personal goals.

Performing at the top 1% of our market and closing over 18 million in personal sales in 2023, I am also supervising almost 30 agents. With our colllective expertise, we have grown to be the top producing brokerage in Great Falls in just 5 short years. Dedicated to meeting your needs, you will not get the "hard lined sales" approach from me, only a well thought out plan and execution. I am committed to being friendly and compassionate while maintaining the heart of a teacher for my clients and their needs. Married to a Combat Veteran & having 2 sons in the Airforce, I am part of a proud military family and a transplant to Great Falls, I understand the unique needs of relocation and I would love to show you what all Great Falls has to offer. It has simply become one of my favorite places on earth. I stay linked into our community both military and civilian community through the Great Falls Chamber of Commerce.
