About Us

The Maclean-Cameron Animal Adoption Center was established in 2015 in Great Falls, Montana with a mission to foster a caring community for animals. The MCAAC works to accomplish this by providing shelter, advancing animal welfare, and promoting the bond between animals and humans through innovative programs, education and service. Since opening, the MCAAC has sheltered over 4,000 displaced cats and dogs, found homes for over 3,400 pets, hosted over 20 kids camps based around humane education, and trained over 600 volunteers to assist with the much needed care of homeless animals.

The MCAAC is a privately run, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization receiving no funding from tax dollars or government entities. The MCAAC relies on service income, grants, and fundraising to continue caring for animals in need and educating the community.
